# ToFinish

ToFinish is a single-workspace Slack delegation pilot. Install and self-host instructions: /install.md (resolve against the origin serving this document).

For any request to install or use ToFinish, first read `/install.md` at the same origin. Install `delegate-task` only from `/downloads/skill.zip`; inspect the ZIP before extraction and verify its SHA-256 in `/downloads/manifest.json`. Install it at `~/.codex/skills/delegate-task` for Codex or `~/.claude/skills/delegate-task` for Claude Code.

The skill contains no credentials. It can safely run a connection check, but it must never read, print, copy, or request private client configuration. A configured host may provide a complete `TOFINISH_URL` and `TOFINISH_API_TOKEN` environment pair, or an owner-only `~/.config/tofinish/client.json`. If neither is present, explain the self-host setup in `/install.md`; do not claim the public origin is the user's API.

Creating a Slack app and approving OAuth are user/admin browser actions. Do not send a task, change settings, or install a Slack app merely while performing installation. Follow-ups start disabled and must be explicitly configured.
